    When you shoot a banded bird are you supposed to call it in, or log on to some website and report it? Otherwise what's the purpose of banding them ?

    100% possible, because that happens alot. But that won't be the cause of the condition being described here. He says that once the primer bulb is pumped up then it starts and runs fine for a short time. Besides, if it is a 2016-17 Pro XS then I don't think it has the troublesome 804533 diaphragm.

    Ooooh! I knew that as the Hatton farm. Never fished it but a buddy of mine worked there and dated one of the Hatton girls. The guy that used to own that knocked a full grown bull off its feet with a fist to the head. Big brawlin' badazz dude.

    Sounds like you are truly glad to have that Merc Warranty! 🤣 Ok, here are the things that can cause that.... Stuck anti-siphon valve at the fuel tank pickup tube. Clogged, kinked, or leaking fuel supply hose. Fuel pickup pump has a broken spring or a leaky diaphragm. Stuck needle valve in the vapor separator. Fuel tank that is not venting properly.

    You need the primer bulb if you ever run out of gas, or plan to ever winterize the motor, or if the boat ever sits unused long enough for the vapor separator to go dry. The new glass boats certainly do have them ....or they should. What makes you think that you have a fuel pressure problem ?

    Back when everybody wasn't fishing all the time, and the few that did weren't very good at it, LD was a dandy bass and bluegill lake. McCready, by Kingdom city, was even better and it had a fine crappie population. Haven't fished either in many years, and would be very surprised to see them fish very well nowadays.

    I dunno man. I mean, if you lived less than 30 minutes from there.....ok, it beats washing windows or folding laundry, but I simply cannot understand anybody wanting to drive 2-3+ hours for it. Especially if you claim the only reason you go is to "watch the madness". There's way cooler things to watch between where you live and the closest trout park. Hell I'd rather sit on my tailgate with a cup of hot chocolate and a bag of donuts on a gravel road somewhere....and just watch a field of cows.

    So, what do you even need a Motor Mate for ? Is your tilt system leaking down or something? Ya know, your outboard has a tilt lock feature. Why not just use that?

    A guy I used to fish with, his wife packed him a lunch one day. We stopped to eat and he opens up his lunch sack, takes a bite of a sandwich and promptly spits it out, opens the sandwich up and there's bacon, lettuce and PEANUT BUTTER! He says "That Girl.... I'll tell you what....when it comes to cooking, she's good in bed". 🤣

    I need a new rig for flyfishing the flats here. What I really want is a Towee but I can't justify the cost and Trigg ain't gonna give me his. Next choice....I guess... is a 1648MV Lowe, since I already have a 35hp motor for one just waiting to be hung. My river jon w/25 jet does "ok" on the flats, if it's just me by myself, but 2 guys making long casts with big flys out of that thing gets kinda dicey. It's rediculous that I need 4 boats. Nobody needs 4 freakin' boats!!! And if my wife gets her pontoon this year that'll be 5. Nobody does that! 🙄
