The main difference being that I'm not the one showing up in their back yard. 🤔 You should have seen them after the first few Winter storm events, trying to navigate these hilly lake roads. Dressed in tights and sandals with no jacket in the car..... Totally perplexed and pissed because they couldn't get out to go shopping. And not even a "Thanks" for the ones rescuing them. 🙄 As if was OUR fault! They tend to buy property and migrate here during August/September each year, and come the following summer they'll STILL have California plates on their cars. Otherwise you'd just assume they were brainless crackheads with lots of money. 😅 Word on the street is that some end up here via the Witness Protection program. 😳 "Two years ago Dad was a bus driver who witnessed a murder.....and TODAY the whole family are millionaires". That type of thing.

What is is with California? 🤷‍♂️ People I've met from there seem like a totally different breed. 🤔

I had a Doberman when I was a teenager. He was a really good boy, could take him anywhere.....as long as there was no chance that a black kid would be riding a bicycle. White person on a bike= No problem. Black person walking= No problem. But a black person on a bike triggered him somehow 🤷‍♂️ After his 3rd incident he pretty much lived the rest of his life in a pen. 😔 I'll not own another dog that is a danger to anyone else, or any other dog, without good reason. Period. Cats are on their own ! 😅

Yeah you wouldn't want to scoop the poop that comes from my boy. He craps mountains! And occasionally pukes like a 400lb. drunken linebacker. There's nothing like finding a lost pair of panties or a whole sock in a pile of puke. 🙄 Great way to start the day!

I'd love to let my lab run with me on bike rides, but there's a pitbull every 1/2 mile that never bother ME but if he was running with me there'd be a bloodbath. The last one cost me almost 400.00 in vet bills so I'm not anxious to do THAT again.

I don't remember any of the states I bought licenses in offering "per day" permits. Most of my traveling was pre-internet/cell phone (seems odd to say that 😅) although I did have a PAGER on my belt. I was just curious which state has the most expensive permit.

If you take the time to brush the dog once in a while it will appreciate it and you will not have to shave the poor pup. This got me to thinking (Brace Yourself!) Who the hell is responsible for creating a breed of animal that is completely dependent on humans to keep them from turning into a tightly matted ball of nastiness? Can we blame God for that stupidity, or did Man force that ridiculous inbreeding?

I've only bought fishing licenses in 9 U.S. states. Missouri is still my favorite. There's only 2 that I regret not ever fishing in. Maybe I'll get it done before I completely lose the desire to travel. Now that I think of it.....I may have fished illegally in Canada, because we flew-in and never stopped anywhere to get permits 🤔 Ooops! 😳

The weather service has been pretty accurate. They predict 15-20 with gusts to 30......and they've been CORRECT every day. 🙄

Even a well trained Pitbull is a liability as a "pet". And the type of people that insist on having them are NEVER held responsible for their pets actions. They can be trained to be nice to people (for the most part) but when a perfectly friendly neighborhood Labrador comes around...just wanting to PLAY.....all bets are off !
