1/2 tons are totally different than what they were 10-15 years ago. I couldnt believe how much better my brother little 3.5 ecoboost pulled a pontoon compared to my 2003 1 ton cummins. Granted that little thing was working its posterior off but you never knew it, quiet and shifts so smooth. Dont get me wrong, ill take the reliability of the cummins everyday but new 1/2 tons are pretty impressive

Just to make sure i have the right parts 2004 Xr6 OT947291 This is the diaphram kit i put in it 857005A1 And this is the primer bulb 8m0061876 I did take the fuel line off just now from the pump and put a jug on the floor and gave it a couple pumps and it had a good gas stream flowing without pumping

Everything seemed right inside there unless you see somthing i dont. I guess ill try a new fuel filter tomorrow even though the one on there is only a few months old

I didnt hollow it out, it was already like that when i took it off to check it, i can disconnect from the fuel pump and squeeze and get a good flow. Ill take the pump back apart and look at it. Its just weird how it ran all day great Saturday, but yesterday decided to starve itself of fuel

I pulled the Anti Siphon valve and it is hollowed out, Could the guts of the valve fall back into the pick up tube some how?

A couple weeks ago my boat broke down, the bulb wouldnt stay hard and i flooded it to high hell. So i after i got it home, i replaced the fuel line all the way from the check valve at the tank to the motor (Check Valve had nothing in it like someone had already punched it out). Replaced the bulb with a new Mercury Bulb, and rebuilt the pulse pump with a merc kit. Ran great all day last Saturday. Today it ran great but every once in a while at full throttle it would just run out of gas. Had to stop 4-5 times and pump the bulb, then it would run great again. Sometimes it stays primed and other times it doesnt. Any thoughts????

most those guys are gonna fish anyways so why not throw $50 bucks in a pot for a little competition. Most little bass clubs dont worry about permits to begin with

Seems pretty harmless to get all worked up about, way less contact in a 6-10 boat tournament than going to the supermarket

On my last boat i had the 75 Optimax and had the computer flashed to 115. It made a huge difference, the motor came to life. Only thing i had to do was pull a restrictor out of the intake. the 75,90, and 115 were pretty much the same from what i understood.

There is another video ive seen floating around of this. Funny you can hear the guy yell it was in park the whole time so maybe something broke in the tranny, but what would prevent you from just hitting the brakes, in the video i saw the wheels were rolling the whole time

Ive had the same loctite Gel in my boat for a year. All i do is set it upright in a cup holder when im done using it, Then by the end of the day i throw it back down in a box. I never have the problem with the tip getting glue up

Ive never had their 2 day shipping come in any less than 4 days either. Somehow they dont count weekends as shipping days, and i know my UPS guy delivers on weekends. and it usually takes a day to process the order. I always laugh when i here the pros talk about overnight shipping during a tournament. They must have a little more pull than me
