  1. I was just wondering, we fished around them for about 30 minutes and i noticed that sign as we were trolling around and didnt know if there was an actual law or not
  2. Sounds like a lot of conflicting arguments. Im fairly good a flipping without hitting anything, and most the tie the fish are in the front of the dock or come out. if someone says somthing i will leave without causing a fuss, but other wise im gonna jack them out of those stalls
  3. So we were around the houseboats yesterday throwing spoons and saw the sign that says no fishing within 50ft. Is than an actual thing that can be regulated or is it more to detour fisherman from throwing baits toward 300K boats? Either way Ketchup and i smoked some nice ones out from under some houseboats.
  4. Yeah, im sure your right, but it would make me feel rushed. Im flat worn out after a few days on the water let alone almost 2 weeks. At least it will be cooler up there
  5. Yep, Sucks for the guys who finish in the top 12 at the Mississippi, they have to haul over and immediately begin practice
  6. They actually go to Idaho the next week Friday through Monday Tourney
  7. Cant say ive ever seen a bass boat puled over.I have been approached a couple times by water patrol while fishing. They were looking at me through binoculars, i assume they were running my numbers. Also had one creep up within about 50ft on Taneycomo one day up at Fall Creek. I didnt even know they had a boat on Taney
  8. If anyone is chasing bass they were flat smoking the whopper plopper yesterday all the way from Turkey Creek to past Rockaway yesterday
  9. The Blue gill are spawning like crazy in Ruark Creek today on Taney, They were shallow and you could see beds everywhere, water was mid 60's
  10. It is so much better, twice as many fish and half as many people
  11. Whoa, i wasnt trying to be a jerk, Im just saying there are about 10 guys on this forum that everyone worships and nothing they do is wrong. no offense to any of those guys but, we hear lectures about fish care constantly, I could care less about where you take the fish. I dont feel like it makes a bit of difference, i was purely commenting on how some people cant take a pic on here without getting flack and others are shund for it.
  12. You can only get away with doing it if your in the right "click" on here, i thought you knew better
  13. You can def fit a third battery in there, I know a guy with the same boat with three. I have the smaller txw 175 and i stuffed 3 in there.
  14. My picks are looking good after day one. but with the weights so close im sure things will move around a lot tomorrow
  15. Ive spent a lot of days trolling with these with different colors on all rods and i have never had a day that Racy shad didnt out fish all the other colors. Mainly on Bull Shoals though
  16. #7 Racy Shad
  17. It is 10 on most lakes, bot sure why Lake of the Ozarks it is still 9. I agree, the meat difference in a 9 to a 10 incher is a lot
  18. When i hear "grass jig" i dont think of table rock fishing at all. So i guess these come through rocks well if you haven't lost one in 3 months?
  19. i got checked at Pomme 2 weeks ago, I showed him my valid permit on the app on mine phone and that was it. I could have showed him anyones info and he would have still went on his way, didnt ask for any form of ID to match up with the permit
  20. Im in need of a new 3 bank charger, Anyone love or hate any certain ones? Looks like i can spend as low as $150 and as much as $400, what are the differences in the expensive ones compared to the cheaper?
  21. I use a fairly light wire eagle claw hook with the ones i make and they seem to do great, ive never had a fish straighten them out, forum member Ketchup caught a 5lber on one with no problem. I use a Flambeau zrust box and also put those inhibitor strips in and i can leave neds rigged up now and they dont rust anymore. I use the gel super glue and immediately after i use it i set the bottle upright for a few minutes or put it in a cup holder and i have no problems with it drying up anymore
  22. First time i ever used the Ned i went through 20 of the z-man heads without guards in about 4 hours. Since then i started making my own with a light guard and use maybe 2 in a whole day of fishing
  23. We were fine, just glad we hit it instead of the powerboats that were leaving Ahoy's that night. We took it back to the marina and found the owner and my brother made him learn some knots before he let him leave with it
  24. We hit a bass boat in the middle of table rock one night that had came untied from a dock. We were going about 4 mph in a big sail boat and it about threw us off the boat.
  25. I had a YJ, TJ and now a JK and the the JK definitely drives much better than any, but i still wouldnt want to drive it everyday. I have a company rig for work
