Okay I have another buddy coming along so plus one on the lodging for Friday and Saturday night. We're bringing a breakfast casserole, some devilled eggs, and deer sticks to share with other boats. Hint: Do not turn down the deer sticks. Shrocks in Buffalo does them and they are the best I have ever had. The late deciding one will bring some wild pig to go on the smoker with the pork shoulder and also a couple of baqs of fish to add in for Saturday night. I'll also bring a nice big apple crisp for one night or the other. This guy treats me pretty good up at Truman so all you guys do me a favor and act like you like me OK, then we can go back to normal next week. Man I am getting excited. Where are we meeting Friday AM and when? Can be anywhere anytime, just need to know.

Don't be thinking about missing that fish fry. You'll only end up with sadness and regretful wishing you had made a better decision.

My condolences. You did the best you could. One of my best friend's dads died in the deer woods a few years back. For sure there are worse ways to go. Keep the thought of how his last times were here on earth. It will soon enough be legend as the pain begins to recede.

Well, knee surgery is done and the worst part is over by far. In a couple of weeks It will be even better. I'll be there and looking forward to it. Looks like the grandson will make it too. Coming down Friday AM and will stay Friday night and Saturday night. I'll bring an apple crisp again but sorry to say no white liquor is in inventory. Maybe some deer sticks instead.

Orion is a good name. Almost as good as Ralph. Nothing better than a puppy, and a Yellow Lab at that - one that has the look. And he does.
