  1. That was uncle twoshot. That's how he became uncle onehand.
  2. Even more bad luck. Remind me to never hang out with you doing anything,
  3. You got hair.
  4. No payments is one šŸ˜Ž Quieter is another one. Not hot in the sun is another one. Doesn't stick on rocks is another one.
  5. Wow. Nothing like that kind of wind up here according to NWS. Gusts to 32 on Wednesday night is as high as they are calling for here. Stay safe. And remember how the local TV weather guessers want watchers!
  6. Grandson and I did a great float trip a few years back on the 11 point. in my Shawnee. Point to point with camping in the middle. (Don't ask me about how Mary Decker Shoal went) I've had mine on the James a few times too. They haul a lot of gear very well. They are not the best to put in, run up and fish and then run back. But for a more traditional old school jon boat style float trip - well mighty fine.
  7. One of the USMC sayings went something along the lines of it's not up to us to judge, it's our job to arrange the meeting.
  8. Other than the cop shop or deer camp where would such a place be? I guess maybe the range or a gun store. And at any rate, soft targets make the most sense for anyone looking to get their name in the record books.
  9. All true. Don't ask me to explain why the mass shootings took such a big surge in this country. But you can ask me if an AR 15 is a very effective tool for anyone who decides that's their thing. Widely available, relatively cheap, self loader, low recoil and very effective anti personnel round, high capacity detachable box magazines also readily available. So is ammunition.. The obvious answer is yes, it's a great killing tool. I'm not advocating any kind of ban on AR rifles or high capacity magazines, they're everywhere now. However, I do wish they had never been unleashed on us. But I don't get to go back in time and make that wish come true.
  10. I've been worrying for some time now about the supply chain in this country. I fear we're getting ready to find out there is no such thing as too big to fail. Even the food supply. It's way too centralized. Getting back to smaller and more spread out operations is one great way to reduce vulnerability in that arena. And not just meat production. https://www.msn.com/en-us/money/companies/tyson-foods-warns-of-meat-shortages-the-food-supply-is-breaking/ar-BB13gTZh?ocid=msedgntp
  11. I'm really glad that your company is doing well.
  12. I towed a 3000 pound camper in Colorado with a 1500 Ram. No problem. Now I tow a 5000 pound camper with a 2500 Ram Cummins. Kind of overkill. But that's the way I like it. Brakes and suspension are as important in towing as is pulling power. That's why I like the 2500.
  13. What does the spec sheet say about towing capability?
  14. He's a dead solid liar every day.
  15. Miracle whip on bologna sandwich made with white bread. Mayo for every other purpose. Pizza. St. Louis spoiled me. Thin crispy crust, italian sausage, green pepper and onion. Love the provel on pizza. And lots of crushed red pepper.
  16. Have you been to the Oklahoma City Memorial? An incredibly moving experience that I recommend to everyone.
  17. We all know how reliable polls are. Remember 2016? That said, nearly every poll I read has Biden ahead. Time will tell.
  18. Well, I guess politics is now OK for general chat. So. I still say PDJT is an embarassing buffoon with the mentality (and vocabulary) of a third grade schoolyard bully. A ham sandwich would be an improvement. He regurgitates the stupidest stuff on a regular basis. He should STFU and let the adults run the show. BTW, he did NOT come up with the disinfectant thing on his own. Yet another example of him regurgitating the ridiculous. https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2020/apr/25/donald-trump-coronavirus-disinfectant-sarcastic-tipping-point https://www.theguardian.com/world/2020/apr/24/revealed-leader-group-peddling-bleach-cure-lobbied-trump-coronavirus
  19. Because that's the dollar amount Mitch likes to bet.
  20. Yeah sure. But that's just you.
  21. I'm willing to bet Mitch $1,000 that the next time I pee it stinks to high high heaven,
  22. Those were good. His name made me think of one of my favorite Tom Petty songs.
  23. There are worse pizza's than Casey's.
  24. I eat protein and fruit for breakfast. Often just skip lunch. Then a reasonable dinner. Tonight reasonable includes margarita.
