Pickled Walnuts?

Slightly off topic. I like hot vinegar as a condiment. So yesterday I brought home a quart of habaneros, a couple of poblanos, divided them between two quart jars, added five or six whole cloves of garlic and about a teaspoon of pickling spice in each jar, filled with white vinegar and put them in the cabinet to rest a while. Will report later. But I know how it will go.
