    I am old and bass fish 3or4 days in Sept Oct. when the buzzbait bite is on love the buzzbait. I crappie fish quite a lot and never keep a largemouth bass but if I am wanting fish for dinner and only have 2or 3 crappie I may keep a ky once in a while. Now I will stir the pot a little, if there are so many bass now days why do the bass guys get so upset when people keep a 5lb. LM or any LM for that matter? The same MDC that lets you guys cull is the one that says we can keep a limit of bass. Also I love to striper fish and when I was younger did quite a lot of it. I have heard many bass guys say anytime I catch a striper I slit it open and toss it back.

    It's a money game all about the $$$$'. Taking a female bass off a nest haul her in a livewell all day and releasing 50 miles away seems it would have to have somet effect at least on the spawn. The MDC makes rules that only apply to tournaments and that is not right. I believe for the most part the tournaments boys try to do a good job of taking care or the fish. They play by the rules set by the MDC so you can't blame them . As long as it brings in the $$$'s motels, gas, eats ect I don't think anything will change. i

    Just wanted to let everyone know that Andrew has more tackle than he had by a long shot thanks to everyone on this site. Got a picture yesterday he caught his biggest bass ever last week a little over 4lbs. He is a happy young man and wanted me to thanks everyone again for being so kind that goes for me also

    Hi guys I can't tell you how much these offer of tackle means to me. I am sorry I been so long answering but this week has been crazy. My great grandson spend a week with me and has now gone home to Topeka. He was pretty upset about leaving his tackle on the ramp. Hoping he can spend another week with me before school starts. About all the fishing I do anymore is for crappie but he is getting very interested in bass fishing I gave him about all my bass stuff when came. He spend one day cleaning sorting and messing with it then we went fishing and he lost it all.(He did catch one nice bass) Anyway I can't believe the response from the forum. Thanks for caring.

    Hi Zarrspook the 4th is over and I am getting around to responding about post about my great grandson losing his tackle box. He has returned back to Topeka.       Hi, Sorry it took me so long to respond, I just got back from Stockton and have limited internet when I'm down there. We are planning on being back down there July 21-23, if that time frame would work to meet so I can get those crank baits to your great grandson.
