Caught a few missed a lot. I chucked big streamers all day. . . committed and was surprised by the result. Three during official hours lol but two outside of that. Always fun and listening to buzz and Ollie stories is worth drive in and if itself 😆

Seriously though. .. Ive learned that capps can be great with twenty or more fish days and great with two or three fish days. You just have to look harder on the latter. Big rainbows hide in weird places down there.

There is a beautiful riffle that hold zero fish there now John. . . unless you stand on one leg hop up and down and say the magic words ..... Boogoty boogoty boo! 😂

A couple over 10 pounds hooked saw one 5lb landed literally guy drug it up on the bank ... And I broke off a big brown . a guy standing on the rocks at outlet 2 lost several giants when they turned on the water

So .... The report. We got on the water around 530 am and walked down to outlet three and across. We worked that run down past the roots pretty hard and manage one on the jerk bait and one on the big sculpin articulated streamer. Both decent rainbows. After that it was very slow took a break for twenty and headed up to the cable ...lots of fish none willing to eat. Moved down to outlet 2 and caught a few ... Then slow again. . . clouds started to pop up and the bite picked up in short order. Scuds were king as always . most on light gray. Saw some monsters get hooked and all broke off. The big browns are colored up and very healthy. Ended the day catching my brothers first fly rod fish and a little sunburnt. A fun outing and caught a spotted bass on a scud which was a surprise.

You hit the nail right on the head wrench... I found that if you have a clean good organized workplace for people they tend to stick around I have a boys out of work for me for for 5 years something to work for me longer than that and the key is consistency. We have had excellent growth for the last eight years as a result of that and you're right kids do want to work somewhere where people aren't going to make fun of them because it sucks

I operate a fast food store and let me tell you it has been miserably difficult to get help.80 percent of the people who have dropped out of the work force have been women over 20 and this was my main day staff in the fall and winter. We have seen massive growth and I rum a good shop but it has been tough. . .
