  1. Again. Exactly!
  2. Bandits are a lighter crank bait so I was asking what setup you use to throw it.
  3. Yep. Especially if I’m catching a lot of small ones.
  4. Exactly. Don’t we all just switch baits and colors till we get bit? I switch a lot in any particular outing! Unless I’m on em right away.
  5. Exactly!!! More booze maybe?😆
  6. Not me. I admitted to fishing the White by the dam, standing in didymo and driving to Taney in my waders to fish the same afternoon. We would stop at Bennett and the meramec sometimes too. If it was going to spread it would have long before they were contemplating the felt ban. I figure they owe me for a pair of Simms boots I bought and only wore a few times. Total scam!
  7. I’ve never used that. Gary was just hacking out the trees the last time I was there on min flow. I crossed the main shoal on min flow when it was first implemented and it was tough.
  8. Our forsythia are blooming! Crazy. Nice trip.
  9. I love Bandits! What rod do you we got them?
  10. Have you crossed it on min flow?
  11. What the prognosis on my Etec? 3.5 years old with a “7 year warranty”. I know they quit making motors. But Dan that thing runs good!!
  12. Thx for the report. Do you cross the shoal to the island?
  13. I watched quite a bit of it. Some were scoping lass than 10’. The live coverage Friday online had pros breaking down the settings on some of the guys and they were fishing 4-5 feet deep.
  14. The last one around here was great for fishing.... At first. Then the water was covered in them and the fish didn't respond to them at all. Kinda like a shad kill.
  15. Oh it matters. I've stood side by side with guys in trout streams and clearly they preferred one color over the other. Same in bass boats casting the same lure in different colors to the same cover. I'm lure/color switcher. If I'm an area I think should have fish I switch constantly until I strike gold or move on. I don't know what they see or that anyone really knows how fish "see" color but it matters.
  16. I'm sure @fishinwrenchcan help you. No matter what you've heard, he's a good dude!
  17. I've heard color doesn't matter but you'll never convince me of that.
  18. Must…. Fight….. The Force😆
  19. Call your HOA and report this travesty 😆
  20. Oh I agree. I was just answering @IkeLightnerfirst question. We’ve seen enough par marked fish over the years to confirm “some” natural reproduction.
  21. I was answering this question you posted. "Is there any chance the generation pattern has been due to the rainbow spawn?" My answer is still no. Flood control and power generation. I've never seen anything about generating for trout spawn. Have you heard something different?
  22. I watched a youtube video on bass color vision. They don't blue I think. They did a before and after lens that blocked the blue spectrum then showed baits dry and at depth. Pretty cool!
  23. “High muddy water”. We sure don’t have that around here. Nice one!
