    I've gotten there when all the cap steaks are gone and the remaining ribeyes aren't any good. We went today because they had walleye fillets last week. No go today.😑 So I'm making cat.

    But those cap steaks (Blue held with string) are outstanding. They cheat you on the ribeyes when they take off the rib cap in my opinion and then I just buy well marbled fillet. I got a Christmas cash present so I bought some prime fillets!!!

    I broke one off at Tany last last year on a small branch and motored right over to it. Took me 15 minutes to "see" it suspended tail down right where it landed. Crazy hard to see! But I got it.
