  1. I guess so. I'm relaying the experience a couple buddies had with them.
  2. Have a couple buddies that bought...AND SOLD drifters. You can't fish and row at the same time.
  3. I haven't watched 4 movies all year. Maybe in two years.
  4. I really like mine. I can fish the Ozark rivers, lakes and the tail waters. If I was just fishing tail waters I still might go with a Blazer or similar aluminum boat.
  5. When I was shopping for my boat I was surprised that nobody would call me back with a price. Won’t mention names but it was strange. If you call me with a buying opportunity you better be ready for my follow up calls. You could get a blazer with a 60/40 brand new in your price range.
  6. Sunrise has a 2017 for 17,999. Not positive they actually still have it but in the winter time a boat for 17,999 might be bought for close to 16K
  7. Craigslist down near Mountain Home. We see a few on here occasionally.
  8. Was he a panty sniffer???
  9. I let my daughter load all of my music in my phone. She's an old soul and a DJ and Rolla S and T. I had her setup my Instagram so I follow what she does. Some days I can't stop laughing.
  10. The strike detection with nano is unbelievable. I've given away two spools already. I think I gave one to Ham.
  11. I'd call the boat dealers and docks in and around mountain Home. Maybe some local guys down there like Ham could keep an eye out for you.
  12. High bid is $41.50
  13. Straight nano to the lure?
  14. I was using tippet material for leader on nano.
  15. Big brother is in on this conversation.
  16. Since I primarily fly fish with small flies fluoro definitely is an advantage...in that situation. Now streamers or big flies it doesn't matter. And that hold true for jigs.
  17. Less visible. Do you think it could be the fluoro causing knot breakage?
  18. I use that knot for braid and even fluoro to fluoro and have never had a break. Nano broke nearly every time. It's not a hard knot to tie. Always was the nano that broke. Never had a knot left.
  19. It's probably all in my mind but I just couldn't use it without a leader. I think Ham could do a test on trout with and without it. It would be interesting.
  20. I only had trouble with a leader knot. Never did try it direct to jig but I would think a Palomar would work fine.
  21. I sold some piles for a job in Willston ND. I-85 bridge over the Missouri River. They started driving them in the fall, 100'ers. I had rail cars going up there in January and I asked the PM if they'll take more since the weather was brutal. He said: "yeah, keep em coming. We only stop driving them if the wind is over 30 MPH or we can't see the top of the crane due to white out conditions"
  22. Stuff is slick, light, sensitive and zero twist.
