    No grassy for me either. Dozens if not hundreds of commons though. I haven't been since my kids grew up and they quit going. I have a honey hole near my house that we would bait up and hit it in the evening for a smack down on them. 10 pounders on Scooby Doo rods were a blast for the kids.

    Yep last year I wasted a guide trip at the height of the Ocechobee mess. Guide never mentioned it and it was all over the news. I thought if he didn't say anything maybe it wasn't affecting fishing. Wrong. He took my money after telling me all day how the bad the fishing would be because of it.

    My wife and her sister are going to Fort Myers for 8 days. Tarpon, snook and redfish being caught in the surf. I wil be at work. 👎

    I saw this show where guys brought house dogs on predator hunts and the fox and totes went nuts for them. They would literally shoot and miss and the totes would just circle back in again.

    I live in the burbs and we have them too. Guy down the street has them living under his front porch. They run all over and I almost hit one on my bike around noon one day. I put out a game camera a few months ago and my backyard is a deer beding area about once a week. Had 6 in one picture. They are hard on our flowers. Opossum, fox, coons, dogs cats deer rabbits squirrels and kids cutting through at night. Had a coyote out there the other night howling it up at the neighbors two little lap dogs. Could not run the thing off and it kept it up for 3 hours.

    They had some cheap brand of cabernet at the store with a 98 rating on it from Wine Spectator. I bought a couple bottles and man it was great. The next day it was written up in the newspaper so I went down to fill the truck. It was on an end cap and the day before there were probably 50 bottles on it. I got there to get the last 6. I went home and googled it up and went to other stores locally to find more. All of them had the other vintage's and I never could get more. The other vintages were horrible.

    I saw a kid hammer bass on hotdogs at a local lake once.

    Some dude was catching carp on the Missouri River using willow leaves for bait. He would hang them above the water and the carp would jump up and take them. He strung them on line with a small hook on the end.
