  1. I do think that bicycle helmets are gay. Not as gay as bicycle shortsšŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚. Looks like you took a dump in your pantsšŸ˜†
  2. I wanted to revisit this. Last week I was on the river fishing. Upstream about 500-600 yards I saw a boat coming around the bend. Easily seen. A little bit behind that a kayak came around the same bend. I couldn’t really make out what it was until it got about halfway to me. And didn’t even notice it until it was substantially closer than when I saw the boat. The difference I noticed is the boat cast a shadow and the kayak really didn’t. I think it’s the dark shadow that boats cast on the water that make them ā€œmoreā€ visible. We see that shadow more easily. I should’ve gotten a picture.
  3. They all get stupid when the bill comes due. Buyers are liars šŸ˜‚
  4. This chart doesn’t look like it’s leveling at all. Already at 925.
  5. Same as the economy and the stock market. It’s SOURšŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚
  6. I've seen areas with literally hundreds of them when I'm out on the Meramec. NICE!!!
  7. I frequently use a steel fabricator in Zephyrhills called Wheelblast. I’m shipping pipe there now. I’ll have to look up Lightening. I do a lot of work in FL. Thx.
  8. Do you just pull some fuel out and let it settle? I’ve been following your advice to put in what I think I’ll burn but I’d like to check anyway. The place I get gas is very busy so I assume it’s water free.
  9. Plus one on Big Y. Quality flies at a decent price.
  10. Nice!! Is it later than normal this year?
  11. I've been using the Z-Man EWG nedlockz. I don't think it's the hook hanging up I think it just settles into a nooks and crannies because it pops right out if you go above it and pull it out the way it went in. Does that make sense? I don't lose them they just hang up A LOT.
  12. If there’s one thing bad about it it’s that it gets snagged a lot. Especially in rivers. Typically just pull it back out from the way it went in but on a river that is a headache.
  13. Luckily they do the winter drawdown...😁
  14. I agree. I've had it and it was very good. I wasn't sure if there was a length limit or season. I didn't want to keep the poor thing while I googled that up. Can't go wrong letting them go..... I've had my boat over 3 years and there's never even been water in the livewells much less a fish.🤣
  15. I also caught two nice sized goggleye. I let them go so quick then regretted not getting a photo.
  16. I've caught channels on flies. Carlyle lake spillway. You could add to a life list of rough fish over there on the right spring day. I spent a fews years driving back and forth 2 hours and I hit it good a couple times. Most times were a bust even if the water temp and level "should" have been right.
  17. I recommend dragging a crank bait behind a log in an Ozark riveršŸ˜†
  18. He was a fine specimen. Not a mark on him.
  19. Funny you say that. I cut my line off it was so slimed up. He actually flopped and broke my measuring board. Knocked about 3ā€ off it. He sure whacked a crank bait.
  20. Thought about eatin it.
  21. Got out after the rain. Pretty warm and water temp 61. I caught a few dinks spots and smallies then a couple decent ones. Hooked something big and knew right away it was a smallie. I figured a drum. But this cat smoked a crank and wrapped in some wood. I got it and it 23 inches. I didn’t weigh it. Then a big drum towed me around forever. I wanted my crank backšŸ˜†. I finally got it in the net but I threw right back out of the net. Unfortunately I’ve weighed a few and I would say it 7-8 pounds. Fun day but not a lot of target species. Pics for @Johnsfolly
  22. I think he gives an update at the very end of the video.
  23. Do they fight hard, @FishnDave?
