You're good with that. I used a wee craw there years ago and had a big trout on the rear treble and my thumb on the front. It was flopping around and while I had tears in my eyes I WAS NOT CRYING!!! Finished the float with the hook buried in my thumb and the guy that runs Vogels got it out with the help of some whiskey a couple Mizzou football players offered. BUT I WAS NOT CRYING!!!

The raft guy is there most weekend days now. I chased two suspicious characters off last year from there. They were clearly checking my truck out when I came up to get something I forgot in my truck Made sure they saw me taking their picture with my cell phone and they left in a hurry.

Robo dove works better than anything. It's crazy how they come into them. I'll have to wait another year. I don't do weekend hunts anymore now that I'm on public ground. marais temps clair has a draw and they plant for birds. But it will be packed for the draw. We've always gotten limits if we got to hunt. I love a good dove shoot!! For years I got to go a "fund raiser" shoot for a senator. And when I say shoot, I mean SHOOT! It was up near West Alton right in the bottle neck of the rivers. They would brush hog fields of sunflowers and they put in water puddles. $75 included breakfast, lunch, ladies to clean your birds and of course open bar after you got your limit.

Happens more than you think unless you are out there.
