You can email the picture back to yourself and it will ask you the size you want to send. Just choose the smallest size and save the image back to your phone when you the email.

I agree. I've lived here my whole life and it still baffles me why anyone would live in a flood plain. The news comes on with a big story, "West Alton braces for floods" Really?? Boy that never happens every year.
