I agree with Vernon. I DVR all the shows I can tolerate to watch. If I had to watch them with commercials and BS I wouldn't watch them anymore.
One show still stands apart and that's "The hunt for Big Fish" with Larry Dalberg.
After the last Jigfest I ordered some ginger marabou to tie up some leeches with, since I'm primarily a fly fisherman. That color is deadly at times and I've never used it while fly fishing.
Ginger leeches and buggers are headed into my arsenal thanks to the Jigfest.
I was down at the second hard turn from Montauk a couple years ago right after they announced that sighting on the Current. I wasn't really worried about it since I've been out west a bunch of times. But a small doe came bolting down the hill and crashed into the water downstream of me and scared the crap out of me. I kept watching to see if it was being chased by a lion but nothing ever showed up.
