I'm going to ride bike back there again with a line and weight and see how deep it is. If it's worth it we'll give it a shot Pat. -
I ride back there and it looks like a typical back water slough. I've seen something spawning in the subdivision pond last spring but couldn't tell what it was. The slough looks to be real shallow but I have seen people fishing it. It also has limited access since the bank is heavily overgrown. I have thought about dragging my pond prowler in there though.

I have an 8' Pond Prowler with a 55 lb. thrust trolling motor. It works great for small waters and especially the no gas motor lakes. I haven't had it wrapped yet though.
