    I've had the same half a Zinker on one of Dave's jig heads since September. It's literally caught dozens of fish. I retie occasionally after a few fish or snags PBJ is all I have to say. Pete

    I always thought that stiff hackle made them spin. Dale Fulton (Blue ribbon Flies) told me if you use the cheapest chinese chicken neck they won't spin. And they don'e. If you use higher grade hackle they will. The cheap chinese stuff lays down like marabou. Pete

    I agree with Wrench. I've never had flouro pull anything down. I use Rio Floro Flex Plus for fly fishing and Berkely Vanish for bass fishing. I've never had trouble with knot strength either. Pete

    Seriously. I sit at a desk all day. My house is maintenance free, my wife cuts the grass, I don't have snow on the driveway. My job lets me take 1.5 hours for lunch if we work out so I take advantage of it. Work pays for the membership Plus, it brings out your love and warm thoughts in this wonderful holiday season. Pete

    Nice! I pulled that off Saturday myself. 6 total in 2 hours, plus swung and missed that many. 5 keepers one 18 inches, all largemouth on the Ned. I didn't pull out that new jerkbait yet, but I will. You have all winter to work on the truck. Pete
