Do you take your new boat up there?

I found a jet ski a few weeks ago after the high water. Had the key and kill switch in it. It was snagged up in some bushes. Life jacket tied the handle bars. I didn’t want to cut it loose for it to drift any farther. I assume someone came looking for it.

If you don’t have it all you won’t get it registered. If the seller doesn’t have the original title you won’t get it registered. Don’t buy that old line that the state hwy patrol can verify it wasn’t stolen and will give you a title. It’s a gamble you will probably lose. JMO.

If you do not title the boat, vessel, or outboard motor, there is a title penalty of $10 on the 61st day after purchase. To title and register a boat, vessel, or outboard motor in the state of Missouri, the owner must submit the following items at any Missouri license office: The Manufacturer's Statement of Origin (MSO), properly assigned Certificate of Title (see instructions), descriptive bill of sale, or an Application for Missouri Watercraft or Outboard Motor Title and Registration (Form 93) certified by a licensed Missouri boat dealer; A signed Application for Missouri Boat/Vessel or Outboard Motor Title and Registration (Form 93); A Paid personal property tax receiptlisting the boat or vessel, or a statement of non-assessment from the County (or city of St. Louis) Collector or Assessor for the previous year; and If the boat/vessel is not listed on the tax receipt ("boat" is acceptable), the following must be submitted: A corrected tax receipt (if manually corrected, it must contain the county seal); or A letter from the County Collector (on letterhead or containing the county seal) reflecting payment of taxes. A Notarized Lien Release, if applicable.

I had crushed cartilage behind my big toe. Could barely walk until my buddy a foot surgeon convinced me to have it fixed. Once he got done I wished I would have had it done sooner. I’m somewhat like @fishinwrenchbut boy I was in a lot of pain before he fixed it. Hobbling around on a concrete floor at GM for 10 hours a day on the assembly line had me wore out.

That’s what I have. The really work well on Ozark rivers with gold gravel bottoms. I also have Maui Jim’s with the ultra thin glass. But they stay in my truck.

I think you should being paying taxes to vote. If you are young and haven’t paid taxes, no vote. On welfare, no vote. Working under the table and not paying taxes, no vote. Until you have skin in the game you shouldn’t be allowed to play.

If some people want gun control let them do it themselves. STL has gun buyback all the time downtown. Just go give your guns to them.

Yep I launched a few myself. I did one at Taney with a big ole ski boat even after I asked if they knew the lake since the water was off. They assured me they did so I backed it in. Gladly they went down lake and not up.... I've trailered a couple jet boats in the river when the guys just couldn't do it in the current. I get frustrated but never to the point of doing anything except wait or help. Except I'm not putting sunscreen on another man though....😄
