I have been using honey for several months now in my coffee and other uses.
So I have been going through some. This last bottle, same brand I have been using, Turned to the crystal sugary side.
What causes it and how can I fix it?
Well it is that time of year again. Will be cutting back the Asparagus in the garden and the wife's Roses today. And then digging out some winter weeds in the raised beds. Do not know what these low growing weeds are, but they will be gone. Digging deep with a spade fork, so I get all the roots.

Will be getting a pole mount for the livescope, that mounts on trolling motor, separating the scope from moving when the trolling motor moves, in the next couple weeks. It will be a All Aboard system made in USA and they are a company in Missouri

I will be Smoking a Slab of Ribs for Dinner, along with some really good Texas Jalapeno Sausage, a friend sent to me, this year, for Christmas.
Use to fish a small town lake in the Northwest Missouri area, late 70's-early 80's. Was full of Lilie Pads in some areas and Big Bull Frogs. We would cast our snag free soft poppers over the pads and BOOM!!!!!!!!!. My buddy and I could get our limit of Big Big ONEs in about 2 hours several times. This particular lake also had some enormous Bluegills in it also. Along with good crappie too.
Well, the Ham turned out really well, even the wife and family, said so. I was quite impressed with the moistness and tenderness, along with the taste. I had to wrap in Large Foil as I was out of large oven bags. Will definitely be doing this again. Even if I find a country cured ham.
Thanks and Merry Christmas to ALL
God Bless
Ham is in the oven. Will follow thru with the taste of the above, later on.
You know I grew up on Salt brine, smoked Green hams that we smoked in the Smoke House and they were the best of all. Beat the +++++ out of these store bought. Then in the 80's before I moved to the Great State of TEXAS. I would buy my smoked green hams in Herman Missouri from Herbele's Meats. Always had them ordered months before I needed them. They were really good also.
