  1. Keeping all that knowledge to yourself must be a terrible burden! 😁 We are all here for you.
  2. Every time I fish with @Ham , and he pulls out his spinning gear....he absolutely puts the beat-down clobbering on me and my fly rod! Every time I think I'm going to impress him with my mad fly skillz, my mad fly skillz take that day off. 😬
  3. There are Tungsten barbell eyes available now. I haven't tried them, but wonder if they'd be a better option than lead?
  4. You called it! 😂
  5. BOTH really nice fish!

  12. Was the red light a laser sighter of a firearm?
  13. Alright! That's great to see! That's a chunky one! Yes, it seems like crappies are almost always the first fish willing to play as soon as the ice melts off waters that freeze over. I always look forward to early season crappies!
  14. This was another one from last Sunday. I haven't gotten back out fishing, although the weather has been really nice. Got this thing called "work" that fills my weekdays... 😄 Here's another from that day:
  15. They often move in groups...I've caught many I didn't see, but usually because I was casting to ones I DID see. So....if you can see 'em, your chances improve exponentially. If you don't see any...its usually just a nice day spent looking at water. 😄
  16. Had other fishing species goals for yesterday...but the target location was 100% ice covered. Backup location was 65% ice covered....water was clear. only saw 3 fish, and they all spooked when I cast to them. Option #3. Muddy cold water, few visible fish, and they were mostly deep. Catching was a struggle. Managed 4 Koi and 2 Goldfish on fly gear.
  17. Its been months since I bought the book, "How to Scam People Online." It still hasn't arrived yet.
  18. That DOES sound like a plan! A good plan to get you out by water and in the woods. That's a lotta worms...what do you like to feed 'em to keep them healthy? Coffee grounds always seemed to make them "lively".
  19. It sort of is.... maybe this is better?
  20. Why am I not surprised that Arkansas named a lake after @Ham ? 😄
  21. Happy Birthday, Duane!
