Walleye love shade and changes. Under deep water docks and edges of channel swings. Sometimes an edge may mean up on the inside bend flat. Other times the edge may be the tree tops submerged on the outside bend. Regardless, edges and changes will get you started.

Petition for single point hooks in trophy section
rps replied to Smallie Seeker's topic in Upper Lake Taneycomo
This same approach has been the trademark of certain groups, not named by me, for 40 years. In the name of "conservation", EXCLUDE all who choose to fish any way other than the pure, elite class way I choose to fish. Do not get me wrong. I support circle hooks for bait fishing. I support requiring barbless hooks. I do not support regulations that reduce people to using expensive feathers only so they can have their own sandbox. You want to "conserve?" Lobby for barbless catch and release. Otherwise, quit your class based moral high ground. Phil, did you notice I did not use one word with **** ? -
Yozuri hybrid after 3 trips
rps replied to Dutch's topic in Tips & Tricks, Boat Help and Product Review
I have been touting Yozuri hybrid for years. -
I just noticed something. The bass in the picture may well be a mean mouth. What say you all?

Thank you for the compliment, but several others know more than I. They just do not post or post as often.

What better way to spend a fist full of cash. Make me an offer.

Yes, they did. In many diners this was one of the blue plate specials, and for good reason. I hope that my version pleases even those that remember the diner specials. Good food is good food.

Sirloin hamburger steak with mushroom pan gravy and a side of potatoes, bacon, and Brussels sprouts.
-
Yes, just not so well seasoned.

I bought a carbon steel, Americanized wok. It has a small flat bottom for my glass top stove. I dislike glass top stoves, but that is what comes with this place. In any event, I began the seasoning today. I am looking forward to using it. Tonight will be hamburger steaks in a pan mushroom gravy, with a side of smashed potatoes with Brussels sprouts and bacon.

I will attend and need an invite to fish. I will bring something edible. I will decide what later.

Great fish! In Table Rock context, that is a top 1% fish.

Dan, unless you are tournament fishing, I suggest you follow what was my pattern. Share the techniques, but be very vague about any location that is not a community hole.

Orzo, flaked oil packed white tuna, oil packed sliced sun dried tomatoes, sauteed garlic, chopped capers, and crushed red pepper flakes.

Thanks guys. I will up the ask price, but for QA members only I will discount some.

If you will, can you tell me the source of your info?

I am well, thank you. I have merely discovered that a 45 minute drive to a mediocre fishing lake full of drunk wakeboats to a boat that sits in the water and not on a lift p****s me off. Especially since the slip rental is over $3000 a year and there is nowhere to store the boat where we live. I can fish 1 or 2 days a month March through October with a good guide on Grand, TR, or Bull and not use up the money until I am 80.

My circumstances have changed. I intend to sell the boat and use the funds (plus the savings on slip rental, fuel, upkeep, etc.) to hire guides 5 or 6 times a year. 2016 Lund Rebel XS Sport 1650 with 90hp Evinrude ETEC w/ SS prop. Garmin Force TM with built in SI,DI transducer. Two 9" Garmin HD DI,SI graphs. 3 bank charger. Graphs on a separate 40AH LiFePO4 battery with specific charger. Lund trailer with brake assist. Bump seat and one passenger chair. Limited dock rash. Outboard is set for 100x oil. WOT = 37mph (GPS); 5000rpm = 33mph This is a safe and dry boat. $25,000 Pictures when new and before new TM and graphs: I will post current pictures shortly.

While I admire those with faith, I have never been churchy. I cannot easily say the things others find so natural. In many ways I envy you who can bring forward your faith to aid you and give comfort to others. I reveal this only to give context to what I wish to add. D**n, Bo, we're going to miss you.
