The file size limits here will drive you nuts. I just upload to a hosting site and paste the links. Takes a little more time but it's easier than trying to downsize every image.

Me and @patfish were down there for a bit on Sunday. We were in between 1 and 2. I'm trying to force feed some risers a gnat when this huge cast appears from my left. Definitely not a fly rod. So I just glance back to see how close they were to me and of course it's a spinning rod being held upside down and they are cranking it backwards. Time to go.

Yep. They just don't care. I saw a guy get busted on the James for short fish. We ran into him a little later in the day and he knew it was wrong but did it anyway. He said he rarely gets caught. He was more upset that they had taken his new pipe. He's still out there somewhere killing short fish.

I don't know where I got that quote. But yeah $40 in sales means nothing. My only point was that they had made some progress before everyone in Walmart was wearing one of their t-shirts.

I can understand the need for that but on my favorite places to jerkbait a long cast is rarely necessary. I'm not saying that it's not productive and covers a lot of water, but I'm probably going to spend more time find a spot where I can really zone in. Of course this all depends on the body of water and the fish you are chasing.
