  1. If you can find tourney permit info for beaver that is, I sure as heck can't. All I can say is that I've fished Grand, Beaver and TR many times and I based on personal observation, I'd say pressure, at least as far as black bass, is about the same.
  2. Table Rock and Grand less pressure? I disagree. Check out the tournament schedule permits on either and compare it to Beaver.
  3. In general, Beaver is not as good a bass lake as Table Rock or Grand, but it can be very good at times. Very scenic lake also, I like fishing the dam area and Indian creek, it may not be the hot part of the lake, but not as much boat traffic and less pressure overall. Of course for stripers, there's nothing around here to rival it.

    Nfl Draft

Rams have 2 picks in the 1st round, including #2 overall. Most projections have them picking up OT Greg Robinson with that pick and a safety or cornerback with their later 1st round pick. Chiefs are projected to pick up a WR with their 1st pick. WR position is considered to be pretty deep this year, so the Chiefs made trade out of that 1st pick like you're saying and get a WR later. Just hope it's not another Baldwin-like bust.
  5. I forgot the Zoom UV Speed Craw - C-rigged, T-rigged or as a trailer.
  6. I can't limit myself to 5, there's so many variables - time of year, water clarity, time of day. But in general: Zoom trick worms in various colors Zoom Ol' Monster various colors Dry Creek tubes Missile Baits Twin Turbo as a jig trailer Zoom Finesse worms fro drop shots Z-man Zinkers for Ned rigs Right now I like 6" Zoom lizards.
  7. Very nice! Glad to see you all got into the fish. Love those smallies!
  8. I did not know that.
  9. Tackle Warehouse is loving it.
  10. I had never heard of Ben Johns, so I did a search. Also learned there is a website called "Murderpedia". http://www.murderpedia.org/male.J/j/johns-alis-ben.htm
  11. Good deal, looks like a bunch of fun!
  12. Nice, quality fish, congrats!
  13. Nice sticker.
  14. The "late start" makes no sense - they rank a lake in northern WI #1 - talk about a late starting lake! I don't have a dog in this fight, so I don't care that much - but I agree the ranking system is messed up.
  15. Good deal, I bet with the knowledge you picked up fishing with Bill, you're going to catch a bunch of fish while you are here.
  16. Excellent, sounds like a great time and company to fish with.
  17. Excellent, thanks for the report!
  18. No way Calipari would have stayed had he been hired. He might have given them a good run for 3-4 years.
  19. I remember the name, sorry to hear of his passing.
  20. Good luck, looks like you'll have some nice weather!
  21. Good deal Alex, that has to be fun catching those smallies like that!
  22. Welcome!
  23. He's doing good, the weather does not affect him at all.
  24. I agree, I've gone into the deepest part of my house (the basement), sitting tight up against the wall, and I've lost my appetite.
  25. I see that Bassmaster magazine has ranked Sturgeon Bay, WI as the #1 bass destination in the USA. Lots and lots of big smallies - I wonder if they've even seen the Ned? That would be a fun road trip to go up there and fish for those smallies.
