We observed a large fraction of fish within the 14-16 inch range, indicating a good number of quality fish. The number of sub-legal Striped Bass is currently very high as a result of increased stocking in 2023 and 2024. Despite this increase, growth rates of 1, 2, and 3-year-old Striped Bass is similar compared to previous years. Sampling of sub- legal Striped Bass will be used to inform annual stocking rates.

I would like to make it down there some day myself. Hire a guide for a couple of days and fish for bass.

Walleye have some design flaws- they are tasty and easy to fillet. I have never seen so much pressure on them on Table Rock as I have seen this year. I poked around deep for a bit, there were shad down there. I'm just not in to spending much time fishing deep unless there is a bunch of fish on the screen.
