  5. Here is the way I see it. Totally opposite. Anyplace I have been either public or private walk in places there is beer and pop cans, bottles too. Bait containers, lure packages, wads of fishing line, tobacco containers of each kind, self made fire pits with burned trash and stuff that will not burn, etc. Places with vehicle access you find tires, appliances, and junk furniture. Both places hypodermic needles. I have hauled out items from private places I have had access to. People have ruined it for themselves. So maybe not I causing this problem but other ones have. On public places seen pit toilets vandalized. On two accesses one corps and one MDC those toilets have been removed which leads to trash and crap in parking lot and in the brush/ timber surrounding the area. I do not blame the landowner on bit for shutting down access on their property. Do I like it? No but I would feel the same.
  6. Started making those ones in 1925. Still do except in 60 started to be different. Older ones polished up. After 60 not.

  11. Just want to let you all in on what happened before I posted all this stuff. I have a friend and he is a member here on OAF. He did me a solid and I needed to offer him what I had first. One of the pieces a Dutch oven and lid I still had to run through the E-tank to clean and then season. I got right on it after he said he wanted it. Got it done. Couldn't of been happier on how it turned out. A real old Lodge oven and a Ozark Crescent Foundry Lid. Lid is not correct but fits nicely but I will be on the look out for correct lid and trade it out if he wants. Then he wanted a Chicken fryer. That was not in my list but had one. Wagner with a matching Wagner glass lid. I lucked into the lid a few years ago. It boggles my mind a glass lid made for cast iron made it this many years. Lid has Wagner Ware embossed in it. He also got three Skillets. Thanks to my friend who I met through the forum. He can post up his ID if he chooses.

  14. Tru that at times but they are much prettier. But I have seen them pick out waterfowl and take them out in the air. Seen a golden take a big jackrabbit and fly away with it. they take what they can get alive or dead. Most animals do including our ancestors.
