  1. Well done Daryk! I have had some deals with @JUNGLE JIM 1. Good guy and quality stuff for sure!
  2. We see stuff like this around here too. Not very much larger stuff dumped but I just can't understand why they can't pick up bait containers or artificial lure bags and boxes and wal mart sacks and food containers. If you can take it out of your vehicle you can surely put it back, take it home and find a trash can.
  3. Heck yeah! I really did like that job. Except for tornadoes, ice storms, severe thunderstorms with high winds and ground to cloud lightning. Yes lightning goes from ground to cloud. Just shy of 25 years.
  4. I'm not sure this is a good thing to try or not. It could start some ramifications that we could not stop. Laws can be changed to the better or worse. We could very well end up like Wyoming on all streams. Just something to think about.
  5. Rusty knows his stuff! Thanks John.
  6. Do you think you might of burned the candle from both ends in your youth?
  7. Just stand back and supervise. Let a young Buck or doe do it. Depending on their age and knowledge they may need that supervision.
  8. I have quite the imagination, just ask Pat 🤣.
  9. Yeah can't you update and put our pictures on that?😆 Tina Turner comes to mind. We don't need another hero.
  10. I do. It's still safer to go floating than get in your car and go somewhere.
  11. Old cogerdome! I like that I see a Mad Max sequel for us oldsters in there somewhere.
  12. Epic deal. National, I could get into that!
  13. No, they don't but if they did as much as you travel to fish those options are a bargain!
  14. We never forget! Lifetime for us old folks so the dementia in my future will not be applicable. I may forget to go fishing but will have the documents when you want to take me out of the nursing home Ham. Did I mention it includes hunting? You might not want to take me to do that. 😁
  15. That would get you launched 😀. This will get the fish heading upstream. Thanks Phil.
  16. I was responding to your thoughts about power lines being a legal place to access waterways. It's irrelevant if a bridge is close. It's illegal to trespass without permission. As far as creeks and streams are involved I would like to access also. Where does the public road right of way end and property ownership begin on sides of the bridge. Its a slippery slope so to say. We could live in Wyoming and not be able to stand or drop anchor on any stream or river bottom with private ownership. We could live on Montana where you are permitted to access at bridges and legally walk the banks below the NORMAL high water mark. Not the high water mark.
  17. Ya think Glen will believe us? You are (were) a moderator and I don't know squat. 😆
  18. Here is the deal Glen, A power line easement is an agreement between the landowner and the utility company for the power company to use and maintain. It is not owned by the power company. It's still owned by the landowner and they have the say who gets to trespass. You can be prosecuted by the owner. If it's not posted and you want to go by all means do as you do but you have no legal right to do so. Defer to your attorney if you think I'm wrong. 😀
  19. Yee haw partner!
  20. I will and know a guy that might have something or some intel on that. I will try to get ahold of him in a few days. It's a bucket not a basket 😁.
  21. If that powerline easement crosses the river, it is not for you and me. It is for the powerline builders and maintenance crews only. And what makes you think access is and should be permitted?
  22. Cool deal right there Dan, I have had 20 plus years in that field of work. Lots you can do with that rig.
  23. I guess we should all chip in and get @Linhardt a horse, saddle and USPS approved official set of saddlebags.
