Bierocks go way back before Runza's.
You can pretty much stuff them with about anything. We make the dough from scratch. In these are a mix of ground venison, cabbage, sauerkraut , onions, mustard , S&P, thyme, malt vinegar and beer. Good from hot to cold and in between. Egg wash on top and we topped with everything bagel seasoning.
