I took some time to think about each of them and why I didn’t keep them. In all honesty I don’t miss any of them. I like bells, whistles, and do dads. Most of what I have now, wasn’t invented when I had those other boats.

JWM Trailer Sales in Reeds Spring is where I have gone for several years. They are very knowledgeable and do good work.

With the current situation, my bet is a reservation is required. People beach boats there all the time but they will be subject to all of the boat wakes from traffic. Dam Site or Lightfoot would provide better protection for your boat.

Great pics. Keep them coming. I had hand surgery this morning so all of my fishing for the next week or two will be vicarious.

My home made plastics smell like cooked plastisol. The fish never have seemed to mind.

I don’t know what light means. Right now I am carrying 10 bait casters 9 spinning setups but I am only fishing for bass. I have no idea about the baits as I make most of mine. The bass baits are in the boat and the other stuff is in my bait closet.

I’m not sure if it will work on the asparagus. They have massive root systems.

We just finished up a “she shed” for my wife. We could barely get the lumber that we needed. There were no 4x4s to be had either treated or untreated. We checked from Mansfield to Neosho and from Bolivar to Branson. We had to wind up paying exorbitant prices and get cedar.

The star heads are by far my favorite. I sent all of my Phillips heads to the landfill.

I sponsored a dink fest once. Maybe you guys need to hold one of those. Pick an arbitrary length, and no one can post anything longer than that. Just a thought.

The Xpress has lift and rides like a glass boat. When you fish it is tippy like most aluminums.

Dale Greist at Nixa does my rod work. You might also try the fly shop on Campbell next to Fin and Feathers.

I guess that I am using the wrong baits or fishing the wrong areas. I’ve been using shaky and fishing between Hartley and Burch’s Branch. That has been the most productive section for spots for me until now.

Anyone catching them? I usually catch them in the summer. So far I have only caught 2 and very few brown fish.
