E-Commerce at it's best. Can't help but be impressed by this company. In a "not so ideal" economy, they thrive where others flat line. The customer service they provide seems excellent. Looks like a group of Cal-Poly grads who were into fishing. What has been your experience with them?

Always have had a great experience with them, it's usually where I get my stuff. Always looking forward to the sales.

Another good online retailer is BassTackleDepot.com. They don't have as wide a selection as TW, but they have better discounts at the sales. This year they had a 25% off sale on Black Friday. Great service also.

Horrible exeriance with them, ordered three rods and they said 3 days to get here, they were here the next day which got me busted by the wife!!!! grrrrrr ....

Actually that is the only bad thing about them in my experiance. I would suggest them to anyone.

LOL!!!1 I feel the same way.....I always have them ship to my office vs home as to not destroy my marriage but, one time half the crap i ordered was on back order and they somehow shipped it to our home........what a mess

TW is great...I screwed up an order last year...realized I ordered the wrong reel about an hour later...called them...and they were already packing it. The corrected it, and I got what I wanted...Great service.
