Terrierman Posted February 27, 2013 Posted February 27, 2013 We're getting some much needed moisture, in a very nice way.
Smalliebigs Posted February 28, 2013 Posted February 28, 2013 amen to that.....and praying for some more steady amounts
cnr Posted February 28, 2013 Posted February 28, 2013 Oh yeah, this precipitation is great. Lets hope it continues into the spring and summer. We're due for a year with normal water levels.
hank franklin Posted February 28, 2013 Posted February 28, 2013 Yep. Lovin it. Nothin more beautiful than a river flush in the spring but still clear.
joeD Posted February 28, 2013 Posted February 28, 2013 Where was the good lord this past summer, during the drought and high temperatures? Taking time off? Concentrating on other stuff, like helping baseball players hit home runs? That Lord is funny.
fishinwrench Posted February 28, 2013 Posted February 28, 2013 Joe, I'm guessing he was preoccupied with the myan calendar and the fiscal cliff. And now that all the "sequester" and Pope prayers are flowing in I'm afraid we might be on our own with the whole rainfall business again.
Mitch f Posted February 28, 2013 Posted February 28, 2013 Well, I've never cared what anyone says about my religion. It's my deal not anyone else's and although I don't believe the bible verbatim, I do believe in the big picture. What cracks me up is the fact that some believe God cares about who wins the Super Bowl or the World Series! All I know is I want to see my loved ones again some day. And yes, thank God for the rain! Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted March 1, 2013 Root Admin Posted March 1, 2013 I have too much respect for everyone's beliefs, and the Lord God, to let this go any further. I will not let this fishing forum move into the discussion of religion. That's one of my rules... No reflection on any posts here, just where it may go if I let it.
