I was going let this crap pass. But I want this guy to understand I do not like any type of legal threat. I seems clear you are not in public relations down ther in Springfield. Really I do not care what are you or who you are for all in know your Jonny Morris himself. As far as people making statements there is a thing about freedom of speech. Your real sure you want to get involved in " consequence games". There is also a thing about false or misleading advertising. That is another game that has consequences. I was just down there Friday and I think there is something wrong with your employee management relationship. Every time I go down it seems they care less than the time before. I bet I am right.

Tell you what I think I am going to do. I think I am going to copy this letter of yours and send it down to Springfield and tell them I do not like being threatened with legal actions because I may express a view. I figure someone somewhere in that organization knows who you are and that you did this. If though you are Mr Morris himself. Well I have been using BPS for many years and do support the store in many ways, but if your going to threaten me forget it.

WOW...How was you threatened? He said (Legal consequences could come into play) There is a difference between could,and will,When he said (Legal consequences could come into play) that sounded more like an opinion or advice to me.Now if he was to say (Legal consequences will come into play) that to me would be a threat.And even if it was a threat,who cares its a fishing forum.Dont be a hater...I was wishing there would be more boat bashing..you know..your boat sucks and mine is bigger.Yeah my pontoon dont do 70mph and i dont have a $400 prop,but i can catch fish from it,and my boat can hold more drunk girls than your boat.Somebody posted that their dad can beat up my dad..now them theers fight words

I had a long post written this morning before I had to run off to church. I was going to exert my "admin authority" and rebuke, delete and ban. Now that was funny!

I've been thinking about requiring all members, now and in the future, to use only their real name as screen names. I think it would have helped in this topic. It's easy to talk smack when you're not invested personally. And it's an unfair advantage when you battle a person who's name is known and yours in not.

But don't worry- that won't happen... any time soon.

And these are sands of times known as fishing forum = code name, key board and I am 10 foot tall and bullet proof:) I like the idea of having people come out behind the code name, I am sure the drama would be gone but then what fun would that be. Keep up the good work Phil and all the other contributers great site you just have to learn how to weed through all the drama. With that said any body know of any good fishing opps around St. Joe besides Smithville lake? Going to be up there for 6 weeks:)
