So yesterday the conditions were perfect. I actually caught the most smallies I've ever caught in one spot without moving the boat Water was clear and I seen a mob of fish chasing my fish in more than once. I for sure seen 4 20" fish. Well today Mitch f comes by with some baits he made for me and on a whim we say let's put the boat in for a half hour or so. Even though there was junk floating and the river was coming up fast. We missed some fish on jerkbaits and cranks and after running 5 to 6 miles we decided to head back to the pocket of fish. We both tied on Mitch craws and immediately mitch boated a couple keepers and I caught a 20 1/2" smallie. Right now 90% of the fish are in 5% of the water. It's just these little weird nothing special spots with 50 fish in a car sized area. It only lasts a couple weeks though. Guess I'm sold on the Mitch craw. There was probably not much else they would have bit

Well just so some you guys who don't trust what my boy Hog wally is saying I am gonna post some pics of his fish they sent to me. Mitch's craw is really just something else like Hog Wally said in our post the other day....you will appreciate mitch's craw much more when you fish it rather than us saying how awesome it is. Hog Wally and Mitch F are two of the coolest cats you will ever get the chance to meet and I very proud to call them friends. They are both coo coo bananas for river fishing which is a nice bonus and are two of the most knowledgeable guys I have ever met in regards to fishing.

The old Mitch High Def Craw in the mouth of a smallie where it belongs :have-a-nice-day:

Holy poop!

His father touches the Claw in spite of Kevin's warnings and breaks two legs just as a thunderstorm tears the house apart. Kevin runs away with the Claw. He becomes captain of the Greasy Bastard, a small ship carrying rubber goods between England and Burma. Michael Palin, Terry Jones, 1974

Stud bronzeback! You put a bait like Mitch's Craw into the hands of a very skilled angler like Aaron and these are the results... Congrats Aaron and Mitch

River was very busy today. Not a lot of fisherman though. I caught some of the biggest goggle eye I've caught in years. All on the Mitch craw. Some smallies too
