ColdWaterFshr Posted July 22, 2013 Posted July 22, 2013 That Crocker dude looks certifiably insane. Who in their right mind would try to argue with him when he is holding a gun? He looks a like a deranged, white-trash Coolio.
NoLuck Posted July 22, 2013 Posted July 22, 2013 Don't be stereo -typing guys. Just because he looks like a murderer doesn't mean that he is. He may be a hippie tree hugger. LOL
Mitch f Posted July 22, 2013 Posted July 22, 2013 She said he had a crazed look in his eyes. Wonder if he was hiding a meth cooker? "Honor is a man's gift to himself" Rob Roy McGregor
dennis boatman Posted July 22, 2013 Posted July 22, 2013 ...he should have just peed in the river like everyone else does... A strike indicator is just a bobber...
ColdWaterFshr Posted July 22, 2013 Posted July 22, 2013 Seriously though - - - wouldn't you have to be pretty messed up or tripping on something yourself . . . . to try and argue or reason with a dude as crazy looking as that?
mic Posted July 22, 2013 Posted July 22, 2013 Todays political climate is not good for testing the court case or passing legislation to favor public access. It may well go the other way and we end up with access laws akin to Wyoming or Colorado where our floating and camping tradition could never exist. I don't know how it would go with all the money coming into the state for outdoor vacations and such. My thing is good or bad, I just want one rule.
Members Rustynuts Posted July 22, 2013 Members Posted July 22, 2013 Navigable is a term open to lots of different opinion, what I call navigable in my Kevlar pack canoe aint really navigable to a big river tow boat operator. We need some more definite ruling to go by. But as GreasyB stated I am not sure todays political climate would be the best for testing this.
