It's a cold, snowy morning out there. 3-4" maybe and still some light snow falling.

Whenever I get tired of the cold we are seeing here, I go look up the forecast for Minneapolis. Their high for tomorrow is -8 with a low of -25! With a nice refreshing 14 MPH breeze.

Yeah but they see that all the time. I have some friends who live in northern Saskatchewan and I don't feel warmer when I think of them, even though I like them.

It looks like we're approaching 3" here in the lee areas.

heavy snow at the lake all morning. Wind is blowing so hard, that it is impossible to tell what on snowfall totals.

Snow has finally stopped coming down here, maybe 6" total - prediction was 1-2".

I heard the bigger band is coming between 1 and 3 in STL but we will see!

I for one am liking it. I hate cold, windy weather, that screws you on fishing, without any snow accompanying it. I won't like it as much tomorrow on the way to work, but right now it's pretty awesome.

That being said, I too would not dig a long cold spring like last year. That stuff better go someplace else.
