Just fairly recently we had to charge a guy +300.00 in labor to service his Merc 90 water pump (and that was only because I felt sorry for him) The bolt under the trim tab and the big stud just forward of it were seized big time just from one day offshore two years prior. I didn't think that lower unit was ever going to let go. And lord help the poor guy that has to reseal that gearcase someday, cuz I bet that bearing carrier ain't budging one bit!
