Would anybody happen to have the model number to the blue lens pear. I purchased two of them and lost both of them I know Sam's Club is out of them but they were really good glasses I'll pay good money for him if I can find them

Beat me to it.  Just took a picture of mine too. Yikes   I just looked up the regular price of them and they go for $190!   Wonder how Sams was able to sell them for so cheap.  I need a new pair.  Mine are getting all scratched and one of the lenses doesn’t fit in the frame right anymore

I think you can chalk this up to good ol’ supply and demand.

OK, so I got to ask.

I bought two pairs of these back when the original topic was started - I remember leaving work and running to Sams.

I have used these thru the years and many others - Foster Grants, just this year some Piranhas from Walmart, all $10 - $15 and I really can't tell the difference in them other than some are darker than others.  The brown tint seems to be my preference.  I just lined up about 6 pairs and asked my wife to compare - she says that the Revo is slight clearer than some of the others - I've also tried all these different ones sight fishing and as long as they are polarized they all seem to be about the same.

And they all seem to get scratched about the same.

Any comment here?

If you want some great glasses with even better customer service, Costa is the way to go. They have treated me better than I can even explain here.

I’ll back champ up on the costa comment. The lens clarity is excellent and I use the polycarbonate lenses. I doubt glass would survive my clumsiness. Anyway there is a noticeable difference in clarity and distortion going from costas to inexpensive glasses. The initial purchase stinks but it averages out to about $40 a year or so probably

I have Native sunglasses that I really like. Natives are owned by Costa, but are a lower line. They are still pretty good sunglasses. I’ve had mine since 2013 and I’m about to find out how their warranty works. I noticed a crack in the frames and I’m getting ready to send them in for replacement.

i have worn oakley's for years, and been happy with them, then i discovered i can buy Costa's for $50 a pop and have never looked back. IMO better quality lens and customer service.
