Well we cooked indoors tonight. Wife made Salisbury steaks. The "steak" had some French onion soup, bread crumbs, worchestershire sauce, chopped onions. Seared the patties on both sides then cooked in a sauce container the rest of the French onion soup, worchestershire sauce, ketchup, and cracked pepper.

That sounds really good

Thanks, I’m going to look those up.

Last time I bought, I found the best price at https://bladetamer.com/ .

You pay extra for brand names, high carbon, and forged steel. These knives are not those. However, if you have the tools and the knowledge to truly sharpen knives, you will have years of good service for little cost.

I had leftover frozen  beef roast

I had frozen  green beans

I had baby potatoes

I had biscuits

I had frozen  fire roasted bell peppers and onions

Put the frozen beef cube in a pot, topped that with everything else except the biscuits. Put the lid on, low heat, cooked it 3 hours , this is the result
