Pork chop with roasted brussel sprouts and scalloped potatoes.

Had a little get-together for Easter. The missus did most of the cooking, with me as sous chef. Kinda.

Lemon and blueberry scones:

Cheesy potato casserole, sausage, egg and cheese breakfast casserole, spiral-cut ham, deviled Easter eggs and my contribution: fruit salad.

All very tasty, but the star of the show was the fruit salad

Love the purple deviled egg. Very nice, but not as good as that fruit salad looks

Beer can chicken, roasted potatoes (some sweet, some not), some zucchini.

Crab season opened on the 1st. Sue got out yesterday and caught a couple yesterday. She and Livie found a ravioli form at a local thrift store. So hand made crab stuffed ravioli and a prepared cut salad. Win for me since I didn't even have to make a fruit salad 😉.
