Ryan Miloshewski Posted May 6 Posted May 6 How'd you do the enchiladas @BilletHead? I think that'll be my next foray dpitt 1 “To those devoid of imagination a blank place on the map is a useless waste; to others, the most valuable part.”--Aldo Leopold
Terrierman Posted Tuesday at 01:29 PM Posted Tuesday at 01:29 PM No pictures but I made asparagus omelets this morning. One of my favorite ways to fix it. Lightly parboiled and then dunked in cold water so it's tender crisp before going in the omelet. Makes for a tasty breakfast. ness, dpitt and BilletHead 3

BilletHead Posted Wednesday at 11:19 AM Posted Wednesday at 11:19 AM It's coming and can be used with domestic turkey and chicken. Some might shudder at the ingredients but it is really good. rps Posted Wednesday at 09:43 PM Posted Wednesday at 09:43 PM A different approach, but great for left over bird, left over burger, left over pulled pork or smoked brisket, or made from scratch. For birds other than wild duck or turkey, think about using green enchilada sauce. https://www.ozarkrevenge.com/2015/12/enchilada-casserole-mexican-lasagna_7.html BilletHead 1

Kinda like harumaki I actually only know that because a Japanese restaurant near here calls their spring rolls harumaki. I could make a meal of them -- they're delicious. rps 1 John
