rps Posted October 7, 2015 Posted October 7, 2015 My wife is Chinese, her whole family only uses jasmine rice and cooks with a rice cooker… Just saying. I'll ask her about this other type of rice Jasmine and rice cookers are great! I use basmati (indian rather than asian) because I can buy it in 20 pound sacks far more cheaply. It has a very long grain, holds its texture really well, and I learned about it from a great book (http://www.amazon.com/Frank-Stitts-Southern-Table-Stitt/dp/1579652468). I don't own a rice cooker and the method I described is how I work around that.

BilletHead Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 Ohh yea Chief. Looks tasty, Ok now we are talking s'mores . A little different than plain chocolate ones.Ingredients for todays little treat. Yes chocolate but dark chocolate with fillings. Sea salt caramel and raspberry fillings. So many variations out there. Have done some with peanut butter cups also but I think these today were the best, BilletHead Chief Grey Bear and rps 2 "We have met the enemy and it is us", Pogo If you compete with your fellow anglers, you become their competitor, If you help them you become their friend" Lefty Kreh " Never display your knowledge, you only share it" Lefty Kreh "Eat more bass and there will be more room for walleye to grow!" Chief Grey Bear Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 Huge Dark Chocolate fan! In fact I really don't care much for Milk Chocolate. If you have an Aldi's near by, the have a dark chocolate imported from Germany that is one of the best!
