that looks great RPS. My wife and daughter default to Mexican flavors whereas I gravitate to Asian flavors, but I do appreciate a good guacamole and salsa:D!

Gound beef, cabbage, onion. 

Wifey and I both thought we could improve on these -- they're a bit bland. So, I decapitated a few and added some shredded Colby jack cheese and brown, grainy mustard. We both agreed this will be SOP going forward.

I made asparagus and cheese omelettes for breakfast today.  With a piece of toast made with the last loaf of homemade bread.  Time to get some flour out again, maybe Sunday.
