that looks great RPS. My wife and daughter default to Mexican flavors whereas I gravitate to Asian flavors, but I do appreciate a good guacamole and salsa!

I made asparagus and cheese omelettes for breakfast today.  With a piece of toast made with the last loaf of homemade bread.  Time to get some flour out again, maybe Sunday.
