Love the cast iron shape! Now that it is warmer here may push getting more sourdough going. Our deep Wagner once I am finished seasoning it should make a great bread pan. Mitch f 1

Mine is in the oven right now. I know it's not 10:00 but it was ready. Picture later. I do loaves but I do like the way your Dutch stuff turns out! BilletHead and Mitch f 2

May even have enough red gooseberries on the new plants this year for a batch. ness and Terrierman 2 "We have met the enemy and it is us", Pogo If you compete with your fellow anglers, you become their competitor, If you help them you become their friend" Lefty Kreh " Never display your knowledge, you only share it" Lefty Kreh "Eat more bass and there will be more room for walleye to grow!" Mitch f Posted May 4, 2020 Posted May 4, 2020 I wish I had a good bread technique! Anyway Smoked a brisket for my birthday, but my Traeger “Errored out“ about 3 hours into it and had to finish in the oven. Still had a smoke ring and tasted killer though.
