Tabasco, never, unless it was green... I use Louisiana hot sauce for making my buffalo wing sauce. Not one that I use to add to food. Lately those have been Tapatio or Cholula hot sauces. Really stopped using Tabasco decades ago.

I'll never understand the fascination everybody around here has with eating crappie. If there's a more tasteless meat in the entire universe I don't know what it could possibly be.
