Gavin Posted February 18, 2021 Posted February 18, 2021 Sourced the andouille through a butcher shop that makes their own. It is usually ALLOT better. Looking for a more consistent product. Will have to look for Richard's in the STL area. Thanks.

Gavin Posted February 19, 2021 Posted February 19, 2021 Looks great, but rissotto kinda leaves me flat as a main dish. Will gladly devour it on a weekday, but want some naked protein and a fresh veggie next to it. rps 1
