BilletHead Posted April 9, 2022 Share Posted April 9, 2022 Terrierman gifted us some smoked pickled eggs. Mighty tasty. I've pickled eggs but never smoked them. So I started my own batch yesterday. Used his recipe and tweaked it a bit. In fridge getting happy. Teres Major comes from the shoulder. Usually it is part of another shoulder cut. I find it very tasty, less money than tenderloin, and easy to cook, if you know how to treat tenderloin.
