Johnsfolly Posted August 13, 2017 Posted August 13, 2017 Tonight wanted burgers. Mixed 85/15% chuck ground beef with garlic powder, montreal seasonings, dried basil, tablespoon or two of red wine and worchestershire sauce, raw egg, bread crumbs. cooked to medium then melted on the swiss cheese. When the cheese melted put it on a sesame seed bun with mayo, sliced onion, pickle, and tomato (one of the multicolored yellow and red heirlooms). No Pictures - sorry. rps, BilletHead and ness 3

rps Posted August 13, 2017 Posted August 13, 2017 As the Waltons revise their marketing models, I have learned to appreciate and take advantage of their offerings. One set of changes, the meat and fish mongery at the Sam's, has suited me. A day or two ago I bought a two bone pork chop. I Frenched it, and then I seared it with Penzeys Chicago seasoning. I painted it with whole grain mustard mixed with Worcestershire sauce to thin it, and I coated it in Panko before roasting it. I split the chop between us and served it with roasted potatoes and some leftover corn and bean salad. Johnsfolly, BilletHead, ness and 1 other 4

ness Posted August 13, 2017 Author Posted August 13, 2017 I ordered this on the sly and hoped the person sitting next to me would succumb to the pressure and try it. She did, but wouldn't allow a reaction picture. Identify this French delicacy and win 1,000,000 ness bucks. Johnsfolly 1 John
