I thought that was you. I was in a pickup today. You were fixing to turn east on EE. That was me you had to wait on. I almost turned around but I didn't believe my eyes.

On another side note, there are at least 4 swans at Bronaugh.

Cold chicken, blanched green beans, lettuce, carrot sticks, celery sticks, hard boiled egg, cucumber, homemade bleu cheese dressing, and chicken bacon - all on the same plate!

Found a recipe for the rabbits, Rabbit stew with coconut cream. Pretty simple recipe from Allrecipes.com.

Sliced a green and red bell pepper and two small habenaro chilis and minced garlic.

I had a client in today and left most of the dish for my Betterhalf. She also sliced an onion and peeled and sliced a ripe tomato. She browned the rabbit pieces in our dutch oven, removed the pieces and cooked the garlic, peppers, and onions until the onion was translucent. She added the rabbit to the oven, then added the tomatoes, about 2 cups of chicken stock, and brought to a boil then dropped to a simmer for over two hours. Once tender removed the rabbit again and kept warm, brought the braising liquid to a boil and reduced the volume by half. Returned the rabbit and added 2/3 cup of coconut milk and S&P to taste. While reducing the braising liquid, we prepped the rice by bringing 3 1/2 cups of chicken stock to a boil with three jasmine tea bags steeping, once steeped added two cups of rice.

I chunked a buttercup squash. I partially cooked the squash with a little boiling water then into a skillet with a little coconut oil and touch of butter to carmelize the outside and finish cooking the squash.

Once the rice was done, served it up for all!

Tried to give more of the step by step photos. There may have been more on my Betterhalf's phone. I had asked her to take some. Just didn't get them uploaded😞.

Sorry no pics, smelled too good and I was hungry.  A couple rib steaks, tenderize with the jacard tenderizer, hit them with a dose of house seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic powder) and dropped them on a smoking hot grill.  Marked it up nicely on both sides, then put a pat of butter on top.  Pulled them off and rested a couple minutes and sliced thwm up. Nicely medium rare with slightly more done around edges.  Added some cheesy broccoli rice made in the microwave and romaine salad in a bag.  No leftovers either.

Then broke off part of a tooth eating a piece of red licorice.  Luckily already have a dentist appointment scheduled for Thursday.  Dental work has some different concerns with my particular treatment regimen, will see how it goes.

Save those Folly teeth!

Blue Apron tonight - baked chicken in a chick pea and rice casserole with Middle Eastern spices and a seasoned yogurt on the side to cool things down. Pretty tasty!
