I had a super productive morning yesterday that included a trip to the local farmers market. Several items will show up during this next week.

I spent the afternoon engaged in another project.

The middle picture shows the ribs after three hours at 250 degrees in hickory smoke. I had cut the rack in half as my egg is a baby one. I wrapped them in foil at that point and they spent another two hours in the smoker. When they came out, I put the foil packets in a brown paper bag and wrapped the bag in a thick towel. We ate about 90 minutes later. The ribs were, if anything, too tender. I like them when the bones do not just fall out.

Yes that is a homemade sauce on the ribs.

I wasn't going to go there about the fish,think Ness is mad at me for the fish remark. Even offered him some GOOD fish😀!

  Not sure what he is he is eating here. Last time we had to guess it was a faux Styrofoam mushroom.

LOL, I have a rule that I don't eat any critters testicles.  The trade off is if I fall asleep or die in the woods that no critter eats mine.  My pact with the world, only broken once many years ago.

         Yowza I am a lucky guesser. Cookie good deal just glad I did not get a Styrofoam mushroom in the mail .
